Downloading a PDF

You can, at any time choose to download a PDF copy of the current interactions in A&G.  This is done by selecting the PDF Download module from the module list:

If you don't see the module, you may have to add it to your workspace by clicking "Select Modules" at the top of the module display list.

Download a current PDF

Simply press the Download PDF button and the document will be created and then downloaded to your usual download folder.  A copy will also be placed in the workspace and you can click to view.

The system will show who downloaded the PDF. If you are an OPERA user, if you click download PDF the PDF will also be sent to OPERA and can be viewed in the usual way from the blue document icon.  If the PDF is re-downloaded the latest version will be placed there.

Clinical Safety Note

While the system allows you to download the PDF at any time, please note that unless the A&G session has been formally 'closed' then additional materials may be added and hence the PDF will become outdated.  This is described at the end of the document - please ensure that you view the live workspace for current clinical details and always refresh the PDF if anything changes.

You will not see this message if the session has been closed.

Example PDF

The following shows an exported PDF produced from ADVISR.  Please note that when a session is turned into a referral, a front cover is added to the PDF which can be seen under the Referral Module.

If you would like to see an example PDF file click Example-of-V1-Advisr-download.pdf to download.
