Completing a feedback module

Receiving a new message notification, viewing via OPERA, providing feedback and closing the A&G session.

This video shows how a new message is seen in OPERA, in addition to email or SMS notifications, and the resulting view of the A&G session, providing feedback and then closing the session.  The provider is notified that the session is closed and a copy of the feedback is provided.
